Live online class in Italy

Congratulations to 20 Army individuals who completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training live-online. There were 18 individuals in Vincenza Italy, one in New Jersey, and one in Alabama. Class was a fantastic mix of Army officers, warrant officers, enlisted soldiers, and government civilians to include two Italian nationals. It was my first time teaching the mid-shift (midnight to seven), but this amazing group of motivated students made my sleep deprived week worth every second. I am honored to have been your instructor.

At the beginning of COVID-19 shut down I was very resistant to teaching online as my passion is in-class teaching. However, this opportunity and connecting with soldiers stationed overseas makes me a believer that having the live-online option is essential.
