We currently offer two courses; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt. Both courses are 5-days (M-F) and are in-class, instructor led. Class location is DeVry University in Henderson, NV ~ 215/Pecos
Both courses use a “Lean Biased” curriculum, meaning they are roughly 80% Lean and 20% six sigma. The purpose for this Lean emphasis is based on the generally accepted philosophy of “Lean first, Six Sigma after”. Certified Green and Black Belts must be able to remove process waste and improve key performance metrics; which is the foundation of Lean.
Credential earned for course completion is a “Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate” or “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate”. Included with tuition is a certification exam, provided by the American Association for Lean Six Sigma Certification (AALSSC). Certification exam if offered during the afternoon of Day 5 (Friday afternoon) session. If student passes exam they will be awarded a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt “Certification” from AALSSC. Please visit aalssc.org for more information.
