First Black Belt class of 2018 graduated 9 Feb

First Black Belt class of 2018 was five extraordinary individuals from diverse backgrounds. All five passed the AALSSC certification test and are officially certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belts. Derek from class wrote to everyone with a picture of his beer: “This beer is for Erik and the rest of the team! What a great class, very informative and inspiring. I can’t wait to use these tools at my current and future work centers! I hope all of you have a great weekend and it was a pleasure meeting all of you, sometimes twice, lol.  -Derek
